JobGusher® to Host Online Hire a New Grad Job Fair

Austin, TX March 31, 2004 -- JobGusher®, a service of TG, announces that it is hosting a Hire a New Grad Online Job Fair April 5-May 2, 2004 at www.JobGusher.com. Job seekers will find full-time, entry-level positions and employers will find qualified recent graduates.

"With the school year coming to a close our goal is to assist recent graduates in finding full-time employment," said Humphrey Marr, director of JobGusher. "JobGusher’s online job fair will provide multiple opportunities in various industries to first-time career seekers."

The event allows job seekers the opportunity to view positions and apply on the spot for openings of interest for one month. Since the event targets entry-level positions job seekers won’t have to sort through opportunities that require multiple years of experience.

"By bringing together companies seeking entry-level employees and recent graduates JobGusher will assist in simplifying the process of finding a job," said Marr. "We’re working with colleges and universities across Texas and asking them to assist in promoting this event to their students."

JobGusher will send collateral announcing the event to all participating schools. Colleges and universities will not be charged for this event and can become a sponsor of the job fair free of charge.

“We are teaming with colleges and universities to assist in finding their students employment before graduating,” said Marr. “The event will also offer internship and part-time positions for underclassmen.”
